I have 2014 charger want to know do i need tire chains on all 4 wheels

No, you just need the one set on the rear axle. Unless your owner's manual says otherwise the only vehicles that use tires on both axles are 4WD. It looks like there are four different factory options for tire sizes on the 2014 Dodge Charger. I have listed recommendations below for a pair of tire chains that will work for each size:
