Question:
I have Westlake ST235/75R15 Radial Off-Road Trailer Tires and want to add a TPMS system. I would prefer one whith flow through sensors so that I dont have to take them off when I need to add more air, but those say they work ONLY with metal valve stems. What are the valve stems on these tires?

There isn't a guide to tell us what valve stem was installed on your wheels but you likely have rubber valve stems since the Westlake # WST54FR has a 65psi rating. Flow-through sensors a bit heavier and can end up waving back and forth on a rubber valve stem since they're a bit flexible. This can cause the stem to deteriorate and leak, which is why TPMS systems will note that they need to be used on metal valve stems.
If you want to replace your valve stems you'll need to remove one and measure the hole. The Americana Metal, Bolt-In Valve Stem # AM20906 that we offer comes with two different grommets so that it can fit both 0.453" and 0.625" holes. Once you're swapped over to metal valve stems you can use a system like the TST TPMS for RVs # TST-507-FT-4-C.
