I have a 2004 dodge 3500 long bed with over load springs. My question is will the rail kit # bwrvk2600 work with my truck? I have the patriot 18k slider model number rvb3270.

No, for a 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 with overload springs you'll need the B&W Semi-Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit for Dodge Ram # BWRVR3202-00 instead. This will come with different brackets to work around your overload springs. These rails don't include the pins and clips needed to lock your B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3270 to the rails so you'll want to also pick up part # 6014 if you don't currently have the ones that came with the hitch.
