with added air pressure, does it lift the trailer any higher above the 2.

The 2" gained in trailer height comes from the height of the Lippert Center Point # LC1565391 itself. Increasing the air pressure will not gain any significant height as the air spring uses a lever type design which only moves the lower mount a small amount. Also as the spring was designed for a 5" width between the plates when installed the springs themselves will not extend much beyond that point.

If you wish for more height you might consider installing some taller Hangers # E4139. This hanger is 4-1/4" from the top of the hanger to the center of the bolt hole. You can compare this to your current hangers to determine any more height you will get.
