Question:
Good day! I plan to buy DeadBolt Locks - 40107 - 2 pcs. Q: Can I replace the standard bolts and install Trailer Couple DeadBolt Locks? Will safely transport trailer with a boat on the roads? Waiting for an answer.

It sounds like you want to use the hitch lock, like # e98882, in place of a regular hitch pin. Yes, you can absolutely use the lock instead of a hitch pin and it will work great to safely transport the trailer and boat.
The hitch lock does not have an official rating but in reality its capacity is much higher than the tow vehicle or trailer hitch. I have linked a video review of this lock for you.
