Blinds Keep Falling on Lippert Thin Shade Window Shade for Thin Shade Ready LCI Entry Doors

Question:

After installing this shade after a couple months it now on its own slides down half way. I push it back up with in hours it slides back down. Have I installed it correctly? It pushes up to open. Pulls down to close. Any help would be appreciated.

In regards to the Lippert Thin Shade Window Shade for Thin Shade Ready LCI Entry Doors part # LC786037, you can adjust the cord tension so you don't have issues with the blinds falling on their own. I have attached these instructions for you below.

My window is missing one of the top clips that holds the shad in place. Is there a way of getting a replacement clip?

@Lc Hey LC, I did check with Lippert and they don't offer those clips separately unfortunately. So you'd have to get a new shade since you're missing those clips.
