You'll need to start by having a new hanger welded on since it looks like the hanger towards the front of the trailer has been broken off. Once that's welded in place you can then install a new leaf spring. To determine the correct replacement spring you can measure the other leaf spring that isn't broken from center of one eyelet to the center of the other eyelet (pictured below). You'll also need to know the capacity of the axle to get the correct capacity leaf spring. For example, the # e54SR you were looking at has a 25-1/8" eyelet measurement and 3,500lb capacity.

If I'm looking at this correctly you have shackle straps on both the front and back, you'll want to switch to only the rear hanger having shackle straps and the front have the bolt pass through the hanger and leaf spring eyelet. Having shackle straps on both sides creates too much movement and is likely why the hanger broke and the leaf snapped.

If you want to replace the shackle straps you'll need to measure from center to center of the bolt holes as well to determine the correct replacement.

I've attached a video below where I go through all of this below so you can see what I'm talking about, but I can definitely help if you still have questions.
