Kuat Transfer V2 BIke Rack Stuck Inside Hitch Even After Removing Hitch Pin

Question:
I cannot get my Kuat transfer V2 bike rack offit is too tight! I need to switch to my cargo carrier. I took the pin out but still cannot wiggle it?

It looks like you still may also need to loosen the 8mm ball cam inside the shank of your Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # KU74FR.
The ball cam is inside the shank of the rack to prevent any movement inside the hitch, so if that hasn't been loosened then the rack wouldn't come out.

I have removed the 8 mm ball cam but it is still stuck… do you have a exploding chart of what is inside or know a strategy to remove everything? It might be stuck in rust Thank you
