look for pintie to fit 21/2 ring tight ?

As pintle hitches are designed to fit both 2-1/2" and 3" lunette rings they are all going to have some play which allows it to fit both rings correctly. I find the pintle hitches like the Curt # C48215 have far less play than others which have a combination ball and pintle mount.
