Can you explane the difference between KOD67VR and KOD64VR? how to tell which one I need, no tags on old axles

The Dexter Kodiak Disc Brakes # KOD67VR have a brake mounting flange with more of a squared bolt pattern while the AL-KO/Quality Kodiak Disc Brakes # KOD64VR have a brake mounting flange where the bolts are slightly offset.
