The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 Bike Rack # HR1450Z is still available, but when it comes to the 15x52 Hollywood Racks Hitch Cargo Carrier HR1485 it was discontinued a few years ago so the cargo carrier part of the equation isn't available anymore.

In order to use both a bike rack and cargo carrier we'll need to get you setup with a hitch mount bike rack and then I recommend installing a roof rack on your vehicle and using a roof cargo basket like the Rhino-Rack Roof Mounted Steel Cargo Basket # RMCB.

If you let me know the year/make/model of your vehicle as well as the style of roof you have (naked, raised rails, or flush rails) I'd be more than happy to recommend the parts needed for a roof rack!
