I’m looking to put on a hitch to carry bikes on the front of my motor home with a f53 chassis, 2017 Thor ACE. Is that possible?

While we don't have any custom fit hitches that fit your 2017 Thor ACE we do have multi fit hitches like the # 13703 that would work great to carry a bike rack like the Swagman Current bike rack part # S64678.
This hitch basically fits all hitch frame styles that are between 22 and 72 inches in width.
