The 5 on 5 or 5 on 4-1/2 you're seeing on wheels is the bolt pattern. The first number is the amount of bolt holes and the second number indicates the spacing. When you have an even number of holes you can just measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the bolt hole across from it. When you have an odd number of bolt holes you'll have two holes across from the hole you choose as your starting point. You'll measure from the center of that starting hole to the outside edge of one of the two holes across from it (pictured below).
If you measured from the center of one of your bolt holes over to the outer edge of one of the holes across from it you would likely find the measurement to be either 4-1/2" or 5". When replacing your current wheel and tire you'll also want to look at the load range to ensure that it's going to have enough capacity for the trailer as well. The wheel will typically have a higher capacity than the tires that fit it but you can choose between different Load Range tires for a higher or lower capacity.
For example, the Loadstar ST205/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire w/ 15" White Spoke Wheel # AM3S640DX you were looking at has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern and is has a Load Range C. The wheel has a 2,150lb capacity and the tire has an 1,820lb capacity so you'd be limited to 1,820lbs. If you went up to a Load Range D, like with part # AM32418DX, then you'd have a 2,150lb capacity.
If you have any other questions then just let me know and I'd be happy to help.
