Question:

Morryde manual power reel. Can it be installed on the exterior of rv and if so, do they after a lockable lid cover?

The MORryde Manual Storage Reel for 50' Long Power Cords # MR47RR was designed to be installed inside a storage compartment so while you can potentially install it outside (out of the elements), there unfortunately isn't a lockable lid for it.

There aren't any other styles I'm seeing that are similar to this and have a lockable feature like you're wanting. I do recommend keeping your power cords stored out of the elements anyways as anything from dust to water that gets into those connectors can cause issues.
