While I cannot lookup exact part numbers for your Big Tex 70 PL utility trailer I was able to create a list of parts based off of images I could find online. You will want to compare the measurements for your lights against the ones of the lights I have listed.
2" Amber Marker Light # MCL57AB
2" Red Marker Light # MCL55RB
2" Rubber Grommet # A54GB
2-Wire Pigtail # A46PB
6-1/2" x 2-5/16" Tail Lights # TLL12RK
The tail lights include the grommets and wire pigtails. I recommend using the 25 Ft 4-Way Trailer Wiring Harness # A25W2GWB for powering the lights. This harness uses full length ground wires which run down both ends of the trailer to reduce issues with using the trailer frame for a ground.
If you find any different measurements on your lights or they are a different style please send me images along with dimensions for your trailer.
