Yes, you can. The Adapter Rails item # C29BR will drop right down into the Ram puck system and provide you with a base that works with industry standard 5th wheel hitches. This will allow you to mount the Curt CrossWing item # C86JR in any truck with the Ram factory puck system.

Please note that the Adapter Rails item # C29BR will add 2" to the height to your Crosswing hitch. When installed inside your Ram's pucks the adapter sits 2" above the floor of your bed.
