That one won't but I have one that will. It is the Edge Pulsar Inline Tuner with Insight CTS3 Monitor item # EP33XR. This one is confirmed to work with the 2015 Ram 2500 with the 6.4L V8 Hemi gas engine.
The Edge Pulsar Inline Tuner with Insight CTS3 Monitor item # EP28XR you were looking at only works with the 5.7L engine.
