If I order the trailer tires with rim do they arrive ready to go?! Mounted and correct pressure?

The Loadstar ST205/75D14 Bias Trailer Tire with 14" White Wheel # AM3S440 will deliver mounted to your door. You will want to check the air pressure and set it before mounting on your trailer as the tire pressure can change over time due to temperatures and elevation changes. This wheel and tire comes mounted from the manufacturer as we do not mount any tires on wheels in our facility.
