Question:

If we buy e-bikes that are 54 lbs each Total 108 for 2 can the rack be mounted to the doors with screws or bolts that would support that weight?

The Thule Elite Van XT 2 Bike Rack # TH302013 has a weight capacity of 42 lbs. per bike. This is the weight capacity when taking in consideration each component of the rack. Using bolts or screws would not change this weight capacity.
