Question:
I have a 2001 ford f350 with the utility boxes on it with the 7.3 motor will this fit my truck?

Expert Reply:
If your 2001 Ford F-350 has the utility body then that means it was built on a cab and chassis model (originally did not come with a bed). Cab and chassis models have a more narrow frame width compared to regular pickup models. For a cab and chassis model and the same capacity hitch you would need # C15445.
If you are not certain if you have a cab and chassis model or not you will need to measure the distance from the outside of one frame rail to the outside of the other frame rail. If that distance is 34 inches then you have a cab and chassis model.
