Handle Dimensions for Empire Faucets RV Shower Valve w/ Vacuum Breaker

What is the full length of the faucet handle? And. While keeping the outlet at the top, is there a way to switch the handle to face upwards? I have limited space underneath the faucet. Thank you!

The full length of the handle on the Empire Faucets RV Shower Valve w/ Vacuum Breaker # EM62FR is 4", but it measures 3-1/8" from the center of the assembly.
You might be able to take it apart and flip the handle around but when I tried to do that I felt like I was going to scratch or break something so I can't really give a full answer on that.
If space is really limited underneath then I recommend checking out a different style like the Phoenix Faucets RV Shower Valve w/ D-Spud - Dual Knob Handle # PF213348 instead. It isn't as pretty, but it still has a clean appearance and you don't have to worry about hitting anything to control your water.
