This is advertised as shower/tub diverter. Since there is not a pic of its underside nor a pic of it filling a tub, does this fill a tub and function as a shower to?

I attached a picture that shows how the Ultra Faucets Single Handle Tub and Shower Diverter # 277-000024 normally gets installed and used in a shower. It is designed to be used with a shower head and handle but not to fill a tub.
The Phoenix Faucets 4" Dual Handle RV Tub/Shower Diverter Faucet w/ D-Spud # PF213363 is probably more what you are interested in as it has the diverter and faucet.
