Hey there!
You are correct, the Replacement Lift Motor for Maxx Fan Plus Roof Vent # MA10-20270 is a confirmed replacement part for your MaxxFan 00-04900N. This will be a plug-and-play replacement for your lift motor, so I'm confident that you can install it yourself without needing a professional installer. What kind of rig do you have the MaxxFan installed in? What happened to your lift motor?

This MaxxFan model is stock in a Tiffin Motorcoach. My 2022 Phaeton has three of them. The one that failed appears to have leaked out oil from the lift motor. The motor runs, but is not able to fully open or close the fan lid. From what I have read it is not an uncommon occurrence.
