Question:
I am looking for a 2" hitch for a 2024 Chevy Equinox and all I can find is a 1-1/4" one. Is there a 2" hitch for my vehicle?

Expert Reply:
Yes, there is. To add a 2" hitch to your 2024 Chevy Equinox you will need the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C77FR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Equinox with included hardware. It is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C94FR, if you have the tow package, and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
I also recommend using the No-Drill Mount Bracket item # 18136 and the item # C42CR to secure the 4-way connector to your hitch. This will put it in an easy to reach spot and prevent the risk of it falling onto the road.
