Will Trailer Valet XL be Able to Turn Tandem Axle Trailer

Question:
Looking at Trailer Valet XL for my Jayco24BH travel Trailer. Need to pull straight into paver driveway then rotate 180 degrees, I have enough space to rotate trailer around. I have tandum axles. I know issues with turning tandum wheel drag. Will valet have power to this without wheel dollies?
