Can you tell me what is the difference between a Thule TH710401 and TH 710405? I have a 2023 Subaru Forester Touring and am wondering if either model will fit my rails.

There is absolutely zero difference between the Thule 710405 and our Evo Raised Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars # TH710401. One is just the manufacturer's part number, and the other is our own part number for our system.
The good news is the Evo Raised Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars # TH710401 will fit your vehicle just fine. You'll just need an actual set of crossbars that are compatible with these feet like the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711320 and you'll be good to go.
These crossbars measure 50" long x 3 1/8" wide x 1" tall, and has a maximum dynamic weight capacity of 220 lbs.
