Please explain how an upper and lower stableload combination would differ compared to just using upper stableloads. How much difference would it make?

The difference between the upper and lower Stableloads is the vehicle setup and because of that you can't install both at same time. The upper StableLoad like the part # TLA7200 is for versions of the 2021 Ford F-350 that have upper overload springs whereas the lower Stableload part # TLA7311S is for the versions of the vehicle with the lower overload springs.
