Hi, I just picked up a 2022 RAM Limited 3500 dually with the Megacab. I like the idea of the Reese Sidewinder, but I have the factory M30 hitch right now. Will the Reese Sidewinder work with my hitch? If not, what is the recommended set up? Thanks,

Yes, your Mopar M30 fifth wheel hitch is compatible with Sidewinder pin boxes like the part # RP77FR that you referenced. The M30 is basically a rebranded Curt A30 hitch which is for sure compatible with the Sidewinders.
For your M-30 you'll want to use the Sidewinder Wedge for Curt A Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # C16992 to lock the king pin of your Sidewinder into the jaws of the hitch and you'd be set.
