Is a Transmission Cooler With Fan a Better Option Than the Derale 8000 Series Cooler # D13503?

Hello there! Driving a 5th gen 4Runner I see you recommend the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit w/Barb Inlets - Class III - Efficient item # D13503. as best option for this vehicle. I see you also have other brands and models of cooler kits with fans. So the question is, does it makes a difference or noticeable difference in temperature if I installed the recommended kit described above versus any of those with fans?

The main benefit a Remote Cooler with Fan # D12743 has over the Derale # D13503 is constant airflow being pulled through the fan. This helps if you spend a lot of time is more stop and go traffic or driving at slow speeds. Being able to pull the air across the cooler will help keep the temperatures cooler at lower speeds.
