Troubleshooting Replacement Thule Key Not Working in Sears Cargo Box

Question:
The key I just bought from your company doesnt work with my X cargo sport 20 model. But it is locked, so I need to replace the whole lock, I assume. I see I could buy one from here, but I dont know how to do it. Do you have an instructional video AND any chance a new set could get here by Thursday? We are leaving on vacation Friday.

With the Sears boxes when you go to use a replacement Thule key you need to lightly tap the key all the way into the core the first time to fully seat it and then it will turn like you need it to. This is a pretty common issue.
