Question:
2019 ford transit 350. I am having difficulty using blue wire splice to connect large red 12 awg to purple/white brake light wire which is very small. Do you know the size? Any suggestions on a better splice product? I am not sure if the smaller wire just not spliced down to copper but am afaid if I keep trying I will break that small wire which is short and difficult to reach. Thank you,

Expert Reply:
Blue butt connectors are for 16-14 gauge wire so what you would need is a yellow one like the part # 224775 which is designed for 12-10 gauge.
