I have a 2006 Fleetwood Tioga Class C 31W with a super slide. Will this replace p/n 523823? Also what is the difference between this one an your p/n LC67FR?

The replacement slide-out motor assembly you can use in place of your Power Gear 523823 is the Lippert part # LC368190. This is the new version of your motor, and we have confirmed this with Lippert on Multiple occasions.
