my trailer spindle diameters are: Inner = 1.375 outer = 0.75 seal = 2.00 What spindle is this, what idler hub do you have for it?

You are going to need to install 2 new Spindles # TRU74FR as your spindles are obsolete. These new spindles are the size commonly used on 3,500lb axles. It will allow you to use one of the idler hubs below depending on what bolt pattern your wheels are.
