I recommend using the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR on your 2023 Toyota Highlander. This will mount to your dash using a Mounting Panel # 331-TPSI-002.
The Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK57VR will connect to the factory harness to give you a 7-way trailer connector. The Adapter # 331-TPH-017 will give allow you to plug and play the Redarc controller with the Tekonsha wiring harness.
