Will this allow a RAM 3500 SRW 8 lug wheel with 275 70R 18 tire to be mounted utilizing all three bolts?

The etrailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # e98ZR will work with any spare wheel that has a bolt pattern up to 6 on 5-1/2. The tire size isn't really the deciding factor of fit, but rather the bolt pattern.
