Im looking at item Item # e98ZR which is a hitch mounted spare tire carrier. Can you please advise how large a tire this can accept and what the weight limit is? Also do the bolts to secure the tire to the carrier come included?

The etrailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # e98ZR will fit a wide variety of tires/wheels and while it doesn't have a weight capacity, it does have mounting holes that are similar to the Curt Trailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # c31006 so any wheel bolt diameter that fits these dimensions will be just fine. The bolts to secure the tire are included, yes.
