Air springs do not increase the towing capacity of the vehicle, but simply help support the suspension to get it back to factory ride height. As for the ability to tow a triple axle trailer, you can find your truck's towing capacity in the owner's manual or calculate it on your own.
To find your 2011 Ford F-350's towing capacity you'll need to subtract your truck's curb weight from its Gross Combined Vehicle Weight Rating (GCVWR). The GCVWR is the maximum weight of your loaded truck and the weight of its attached trailer and can be found either in the driver's side door jamb or in the owner's manual. There are some other factors to consider like the engine size, axle ratio, cab size, and drivetrain, but you would need to refer to your owner's manual or a Ford dealership to see the impact that these specifications make to the towing capacity.
Once you have this capacity you can compare it to the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of the trailer, which is typically listed in the paperwork or on the tag located towards the front on the driver's side of the trailer.
If you're able to tow the trailer then you'll need a fifth wheel hitch and attachment point for the hitch in the bed of the truck. I see you were looking at base rails so I'm assuming you don't currently have anything. The Curt Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit for Ford # C16424-204 you were looking at are a confirmed fit for your F-350 and would be a great choice. AS for the hitch, I would like to know the GVWR of the trailer and the bed length of your F-350 before making a recommendation so that we can get you exactly what you need to safely tow the trailer.
