I have 5th wheel rails in my truck I need a goose neck adaptor the rail slots are as follows outside 22 1/2 center 22 inside 21 3/8 please help

We have just the thing. I recommend using the Demco gooseneck adapter # DM5996. This is rated for 25,000 lbs and will fit your 5th wheel rails with the 22" spacing.
