Will the tongue mounted crossbar work on yakima rack n roll 66 to carry a hobie outback?

The Tongue Mounted Crossbar for Malone MicroSport Trailers # MPG4002 if pretty universal since it installs via a U-Bolt so I'm fairly confident it'll work just fine with your Yakima Rack n Roll trailer.
This is designed for Malone MicroSport trailers which have a 3" x 2" tongue, so as long as your trailer has the same dimensions you'll be all set.
