Recommendation for Freeing Stuck Knuckle Ends on a Roadmaster Falcon Tow Bar

Question:
Hi, I have a model 5250 Road master Falcon tow bar. In order to replace the shaft bushings I need to remove the knuckle ends that go into the QD bar. I have tried everything I can think of: heated the knuckle with torch, put ice on the shaft, used a 4foot long pipe wrench, The bushings are rock hard, any suggestions???? Thanks,

I spoke to my contact at Roadmaster and after I described to him the things you have already tried to free the knuckle ends he said that the only solution left is for you to cut the round nuts that are threaded on the inner arm of since they are basically welded in place from years of use.
