Question:

I have a 2023 Ford Bronco 2dr 2.7L withs Sasquatch package. I bought a 2019 Rockwood Geo Pro G16TH. It has a tongue weight of 530lbs and dry weight of almost 2900lbs. I need a weight distribution hitch. It needs to have a longer shank to clear the spare tire on the back. What woul you recommend?

Since your tongue weight is 530 lbs, I recommend the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution w/ 4-Point Sway Control item # EQ37061ET. It has a tongue weight range of 200 lbs - 600 lbs so you'll be covered if you're above or below that 530 lbs number. This system has built in sway control that will keep your trailer in line with your Bronco if you make a sudden move or get passed by a semi. This system does not include a shank but it does have a 2" hitch ball.

For a long enough shank to clear your Bronco's spare tire, you will want the Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank item # EQ90-02-4600. This shank is 18" long and will give you plenty of clearance.
