The Replacement Hardware Kit # 40-206PK is for a Westin Sportsman Grille Guard that fits a Nissan Frontier or Pathfinder.

For your 2005 Chevy Silverado 1500HD you need the Replacement Hardware Kit # 40-124PK instead.

Thanks for the photos. For your replacement brackets you will want the Replacement Hardware Kit for Westin Sportsman Grille Guard #40-018PK. These brackets are black powder coated and are the correct brackets for the black or chrome grille guards.
