I have a 2002 Silverado and I got a westin sportsman brush guard that came off a 02 Silverado but I need the brackets and at the bottom of the brush guard there is only one bolt holes and all ones I see on here have 3 so which kit do I buy?

The correct Westin Sportsman Grille guard for a 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500LD is the part # 40-0185 which means the correct install hardware is # 40-018PK.
If your brackets and bolt holes don't match up you'd want to verify that you have the correct grille guard vehicle application.
