Question:

I have a 2022 GMC AT4 Diesel with the OEM puck system installed. I am getting a OutDoors RV 5th wheel Titanium Series F28RKS. Will the Anderson hitch allow for the full 90 degree tight turns? Will it install in the OEM puck system of the 2022 GMC AT4 Diesel and if so how does it install?

The Andersen Ultimate Connection item # AM3200 should give you enough room to do 90 degree turns, due to its 9" offset, but you will want to take a couple of measurements to confirm. At least 4" of clearance is recommended to safely execute a 90 degree turn. I have included the formula below:

(A + B) - C = Clearance

A = Distance from center of the 5th wheel hitch jaw to truck cab - the center of the Anderson Ultimate hitch will be 9" from the center of the pucks.
B = Length of pin box past trailer nose
C = Width of trailer divided by 2

The Andersen Ultimate Connection item # AM3200 will work with the GM OEM puck system but you will need to use the Adapter Rails item # C88KR. This adapter will raise your hitch height up a couple of inches and it will drop down into your pucks and provide a base for 5th wheel hitches that attach to industry standard rails like the Anderson.
