Will Switching My 2" Shank To A 2-1/2" Shank Affect My Weight Distribution System?

What is the weight of this shank? We have the blue ox 2” shank with 7 holes and if we upgrade to the 2-1/2” 9 hole, I am wondering how much this change will effect the weight of the hitch as we take it off when not towing.
