Can the CIP98MR and LO34FR both fit my 2022 Ram pickup and can the mirror still be folded in with the extenders attached? And is one of the above easier to install and remove?

Both the CIPA # CIP98MR and the Longview # LO34FR Custom Towing Mirrors will fit your 2022 Ram 1500 as long as you don't have the full chrome or the extendable OEM mirrors. Both mirrors do allow you to fold them in without removing the towing mirrors as well.
When it comes to installation the CIPA will be a little easier to install but the Longview have a better fit and the installation is basically the same so it will be better altogether.
