Hello Could you please tell me on curt receiver 45230 what the distance from the mount pin hole to the weld area is on the tube. Need to determine length to use for receiver hitch mudflap clearance. Thank you

The distances on the Curt Dual Length Ball Mount for 2" Hitches # C45230 from the weld area to the hitch pin holes is 3-1/4" and 6-1/4" as you can see in the attached photo.
