For two e-bikes weighing 65-70lbs with fat tires the best bike rack is going to be the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY64FR. This bike rack has an 80lb per bike capacity and the wheel loops can handle up to a 5" wide tire. Aside from standard vehicles this rack is also rated for use on select fifth wheels, motorhomes, and flat towed vehicles.
