For your Tesla Model Y with the 255/40R20 tires I recommend using the etrailer E-Track Wheel Tie-Down Strap with Roller Idler and Ratchet # e96HR. This will require etrailer Horizontal E-Track # e45VR for each of the tires you wish to strap down. The roller allows you to more easily strap down the tires due to the narrow fenders.
While you could use the Bulldog Winch Ratcheting Wheel Tie-Down Strap # BDW20362 around the tire it would be difficult to strap the tire down with the narrow openings for your wheel wells and short height of the vehicle.
