I need a replacement axle for our trailer. Here’s the lippert number off the axle tag lc135-db-95-80-nosp-us-l-545-7242-18pt I can’t find that exact one so I’m curious if someone can find a similar replacement

Based on the numbers I can see in your axle part number what you have is a 3,500 lb trailer axle with a distance of 95 inches from hub face to hub face and 80 inches from spring seat center to spring seat center. We have an axle that matches that perfectly with the Dexter part # 7359765.
